Notice

A $1.00 Scheduling Fee is required to confirm and hold your scheduled onboarding meeting.

No other charges will be applied to your card until 5 business days after your onboarding meeting, allowing you time to fully evaluate our service. You can cancel at any time before the 5-day period ends without incurring any additional charges.

If you decide to proceed with our services, the Scheduling Fee will be applied against your Service Fee. If you cancel during the 5-day period, the Scheduling Fee will be refunded to your credit card. For more details, please review our [Terms of Service] and [Cancellation Policy].

Cancellation Policy

We strive to provide you with the best possible experience and give you ample time to evaluate our service. To ensure transparency and flexibility, our cancellation policy is as follows:

1. Cancellation Before the Onboarding Meeting
   You may cancel your scheduled onboarding meeting at any time before it takes place. Other than the Scheduling Fee, no additional charges will be applied, and the Scheduling Fee will be refunded.
2. Cancellation After the Onboarding Meeting
   After your onboarding meeting, you have 5 business days to evaluate our service. During this period, you may cancel your account without incurring any additional charges. Cancellations must be made in writing by sending a notice to finance@latkaoo.com.
3. Charges Post-Evaluation Period
   If you do not cancel within the 5 business days following your onboarding meeting, your card will be charged the applicable subscription fee. Once the charge is processed, refunds will not be issued for that billing cycle.
4. Cancellation of Service
   To cancel the service, send a notice to finance@latakoo.com30 days prior to the next billing cycle. If a notice is not received 30 days prior to the next billing cycle, your card will be charged the applicable subscription fee. Once the charge is processed, refunds will not be issued for that billing cycle.
5. Confirmation of Cancellation
   Upon successful cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email. Please retain this email for your records.
